RECORD

When Marc was elected, he made the commitment to fight for liberty, limited government and the vision of our founding fathers.

Here are just some of the ways he has done that during his first term, even in the face of a House Democratic majority.

Voted against raising taxes.
Marc voted against the state budget, which spent approximately $6 billion more than Pennsylvania brings in. Continuing to spend at this level will mean a tax increase of about $1,500 per year for a family of four.

Stood for our daughters and their sports.
Marc stood with our female athletes, consistently advocating for legislation that would bar the participation of biological males in girls sports.

Voted against radical abortion legislation.
Marc voted against legislation that would have permitted abortion in Pennsylvania up to birth.

Stood for access to all types of education.

Marc is a thorn in the side of House Democrats on the Education Committee and consistently opposes legislation that would limit options for students. Though proud of his community school, Marc is ultimately an advocate for kids to receive the type of education that works best for them.

Opposed gun control.
Marc is first and foremost a constitutionalist, and therefore has consistently opposed legislation that would unlawfully infringe on the Second Amendment rights of his constituents.

Voted to make teachers jobs easier, not harder.
WeWe live at a time when our teachers are expected to be everything to everyone. Marc has opposed legislation that would add endless inservice days for teachers and fought for their right to opt out of collective bargaining.

Fought for you.
